Shipping:
Flat Rate Shipping Details-
We offer free shipping via UPS Ground to addresses in the lower 48. There is no limit to how many products you can order under the free shipping offer. Make sure when you are comparing prices on various web sites you factor in shipping charges.
How Long Before My Order Is Shipped?
All orders will ship out within 1 business day. The cut off time for you order to go out is M-F 2pm EST
How Long For My Order To Get To Me?
1-5 business days (add 1 business day for processing lead time)
Shipment Tracking-
I have to wait for UPS to send me the tracking before I can turn around and get it out to you. Please allow 48 hours to receive your tracking email. However, I send out a confirmation email as soon as the sale is made that gives you an order confirmation number - always feel free to email me with any questions.
Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy -
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 15 days from the purchase date for a 100% refund. A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be required for all returns. Product must be sent back in original packaging and must be unused. If you return a kit that has be damaged or is dirty the money back guarantee will be null and void
Damaged In Transit-
If the product was damaged while in transit to you we would be happy to make you whole. Please contact me and let me know what you are shipping back and I will generate an RMA for you. Once I have received the damaged product I will send you a new one out. Return shipping is your responsibility.
