Shipping:

Flat Rate Shipping Details-

We offer free shipping via standard ground shipping to addresses inside the contiguous USA. There is no limit to how many products you can order under the free shipping offer.

Shipping Lead Time-

All orders ship out within 1 business day. In fact, most of the time products are shipped out the same day the order is received.

Shipping Time in Transit-

1-4 business days (add 1 business day for processing lead time)

Shipment Tracking-

Orders are processed and sent out within 1 business days of us receiving them. At which point your Tracking Number will be emailed to you.



Return Policy:

We do not offer refunds on sales of our train horns. However, if you received a product that has been damaged during the shipping process we will be happy to make you whole and provide you with a new (whatever was damaged) part. You just need to ship the damaged part(s) back to us.

2) Please hold onto all packing materials (boxes, straps, and packing) so you can return it to us

3) Please include the date that you bought the product

4) Please include your address so we can send you the new part.



Warranty:

We offer a 90 day manufacturer’s limited warranty on our air compressors and 1 year manufacturer’s limited warranty on the train horns, air tanks and solenoids.
